Psathi is the small port of Kimolos, but also a beach.

Echinoussa (island of the sea urchins) is another name for Kimolos due to its wealthy and full of life, clear, blue sea.

• At “Echinoussa”, our traditional tavern and restaurant at Psathi, by the sea, you can have local dishes and tasty appetizers which can be accompanied by ouzo, tsipouro, beer or our own-produced wine.
• Grilled, daily-fresh fish from the local fishermen, pasta, risotto and fresh salads with olive oil are some of our suggestions.
• You can also have coffee and homemade, fresh sweets.

Breakfast is available from 09:00.
