Helen and George Mallis are apiarists for more than
25 years, bearing an old family tradition in bee – keeping.

Their consideration and respect, regarding the work,
pays them back with an excellent, tasty, dense blossom honey, of amber - gold color, which captures all the
flavor of the Kimolian Nature.

√  Helen and George Mallis' apiary consists of 80 beehives and is located at “Mandres”, a quiet hillside, rich in wild herbs and flowers, such as pink rockrose, sorrel, wild lavender and chamomile, which is considered to be one of the best bee - places of Kimolos.

You can buy this honey directly from the producers, packed in glass jars of 0,5kg and 1kg, in case you are in Kimolos, or through a telephone order from all over Greece .

• You can also buy “Pasteli”, a traditional Greek sweet consisting of honey and sesame, which is made and packed by Helen. “Pasteli” is the main wedding sweet in Kimolos, whereas, in other Cyclades' islands, it is offer at baptism. It is also an everyday, healthy, snack for the whole family.
