An old family business, established in 1950,
now has passed to the hands of the third-generation. Anthony and Roula, with fresh ideas and eager to work, utilize the experience, and extend their activities both on the farm, and on their renovated and certified for organic products store. You can find it on the main street of the village (Chorio).

Here they sell what they produce: beef, pork, lamb, kid, goat, chicken, eggs,
from animals they grow up in the beautiful area of Prassa, the traditional Kimolos cheese “manoura” and "xino"(sour), which they make with their own milk.

At “Samblos’ Farm” you can find local cucumbers, tomatoes, beans, squashes all of their own production.
You can also find capers, pickled kritama, sun dried tomatoes, tomato paste and delicious honey all from selected local producers.
In the bio’s you'll find oil, pulses, rice, tomato products, the "Mylelia" pasta, cereals, coffee, chocolate, spices and cosmetics.
