Just 200 meters away from the port of Psathi and 500 meters from the first houses of Chorio (the main village of Kimolos), Villa Maria, a family-run business that operates all year round, has been providing accommodation to visitors of the island for over thirty years.

Villa Maria caters for the needs of its guests by offering:

-Double rooms with two single or one double-size bed.
-Triple rooms with three single beds.
Facilities (for double and triple rooms): refrigerator, air-conditioning, shower / WC, TV.

-Studios for two guests with two single beds
Facilities: small kitchen, refrigerator, air-conditioning, shower / WC, and TV.

-Apartments for four guests with one double size and two single beds.
Facilities: kitchen, refrigerator, air-conditioning, shower / WC, and TV.

An extra bed can be provided upon request in some of our rooms, studios or apartments (subject to availability), but guests must contact Villa Maria well in advance in order to check and confirm availability.

Wireless internet access, available to all guests.
All rooms, studios and apartments are cleaned on a daily basis.

Parking facilities are available.

Guests who wish to use public transport during their stay on the island can easily get to Villa Maria by bus. The bus stops very near Villa Maria and there is also a taxi.

We will be happy to welcome you to Kimolos, and recommend activities and things to do during your stay.

Please note that early booking is necessary, as the number of tourists visiting Kimolos is constantly growing. Therefore, room availability is extremely limited.
