Kimolos: Folklore and Maritime museum<\/h3>\n

The\u00a0 Museum has been housed in a traditional two-storey building, since 2006.<\/p>\n

On the first floor visitors can see exhibits and film screening concerning the ancient history of Kimolos, starting from the Late Neolithic era , as well as an impressive representation of an ancient burial , as it was found during the excavation, under a transparent floor .[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”22px”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_empty_space height=”22px”][vc_column_text]The Folklore Museum is housed in a\u00a0 two-storey traditional building\u00a0 of the Castle , by the north entrance(Pano Porta).<\/p>\n

On the ground floor, and particularly in the great hall the exhibits are modular, while in the smaller hall, visitors can see all about weaving tools.<\/p>\n
